Error Trying To Generate E2B Report Created Via A Batch Job (Doc ID 2232758.1)

Symptoms

When trying to generate an E2B Report created via a Batch Job, the following error message is presented:

This E2B report is already set to be generated by the Argus Safety service and hence cannot be generated manually. Please verify it after few minutes.

Case Actions > Open
Check: Checkbox for Case for Batch Report
Click: Batch button
Enter EMA, E2B and Run at [Date/Time]
Everything else is auto-populated
Click: OK

Open Case
Regulatory Reports tab
Wait for Report to show up
Click: Final link
