When pre-caching with AV batch, the .meta files are uploaded into the vaults on the FMS server, but are also created in AV batch machine in OS temp folders.

E.G. customer reported for in

e.g. %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp on Windows 7 or Server with "Desktop
Experience" installed
or %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp\1\ = per "session_id" - on a Windows
2008 R2 Server without "Desktop Experience" installed

or for 6.2.0 - C:\Windows\temp folder.
