Symptoms

On :  2.16.1.0.2 version, Integration Points


Fee Schedule IP: no response coming when loading a fee schedule through IP (java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out)

When trying to load the fee schedule using fee schedule IP, there is no response coming for the SOAP request sent.

ERROR

java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out


There is no notification if the fee schedule is loaded.
