Symptoms
In oracle Retail Backoffice (ORBO) , when attempting to open reports in xls format , the following error occurs:
Steps to Reproduce :
1. Login to Back Office
2. Select Reports
3. Select Flash Sales
4. Choose xls format
5. Click save
