RPAS Classic Client Crashes when "Lock Selected Position" is Selected in Workbook; User Log Shows "StreamException: problem while receiving data" and SSL "NZERROR_CIC_ERR_SSL_WRITE_BUFFER_NOT_EMPTY" (Doc ID 2233497.1)

The RPAS Classic Client (CC) crashes when the "Lock Selected Positions" functionality is used on the Product hierarchy in a workbook. There is no notification to the user; the client just closes abruptly. Example from user log (rpas_D*.log) after the client crashes:

RpasDbServer: rh.cleanup

Active file descriptors: 11
Remaining open files:
SslException: Failed to write to Oracle SSL connection (NZERROR_CIC_ERR_SSL_WRITE_BUFFER_NOT_EMPTY) for socket 15
TcpStream::flushSocket(SSL 3 Server0, 15); got Exception(SslException: Failed to write to Oracle SSL connection (NZERROR_CIC_ERR_SSL_WRITE_BUFFER_NOT_EMPTY) for socket 15) during flush.
