Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

12.1.3.9.2
 FMW TechStack 11.1.1.9.0 applied

PROBLEM
-------------
After upgrade - testing cycle
Executed following steps:
* Copied an ASCP plan to RP plan with 180 days horizon
* create a manual hot demand and save
* Launch the plan

We thought plan was stuck after 1 hours - but then noticed that plan got completed.
It took more than 2 hours to simulate after a hot demand was added.
For this plan, horizon was 180 days.

We did tried same thing for smaller horizon and sometime process is stuck for few hours and sometime gets completed. But there is no consistency.

 rpengine7024.log. - is for plan_id = 17023

file RP-06.log
shows
