ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Special day calendar update doesn't work properly
PDC UI does not show entire list of special days. When the special days list is long, some special days are not displayed.
To see the full list of days, use the tab key, the problem is when one reaches the end of the list, the menu disappears, and is not displayed again even when one returns to the top of the list.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

All special days should be displayed
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to “Special Day Calendars” tab
2. Reach the last day configured in the list using TAB key
