Batch Job LTRPRT Remains in Pending State (Doc ID 2233826.1)

Symptoms

In ORMB v2.5.0.1.0, batch job LTRPRT keeps in pending state which can be seen in Batch run tree.

 

Steps to Recreate

--------------------

(1) Add customer contact to any person having valid mailing address (i.e address 1/2/3 and city) or seasonal address with contact class ‘General Customer Contact’ and Contact type as ‘CC’.
(2) Ensure contact type having letter template with batch control 'LTRPRT’ and extract algorithm ‘LTEX-GEN’.
(3) Run batch ‘LTRPRT’.

Actual Results

--------------------
Batch is started and remains in pending state. This can be seen in the Batch run tree.

 

Expected Results

--------------------
Batch run should get completed and records should be processed along with the creation of a letter extract file at the location specified in the batch parameter, containing the content of contact addresses.
