Symptoms


The "Modified By" and "Modified Date" values in Connection Design are being updated automatically even when there were no actions/design changes done on the circuit design.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
The "Modified By" and "Modified Date" should not change when the circuit is opened .

 
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
The circuit designs are losing the history.
