ASNOut Message Throws ORA-06502 Error Due To Container Quantity Field

Symptoms
When receiving an ASNOut message having the container_qty field with more than 4 digits such as 12345, the message goes to the hospital with the error:

Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an ASNOut message with a container_qty more than 4 digits such as 12345.
