Multispeak Adapter Reports "AVL Interface Is Disabled" Even Though Interface is Available (Doc ID 2234110.1)

Symptoms

On : 1.12.0.3 version, Adapters

The AVL system talking to NMS Multispeak adapter was getting a response that included "AVL interface is disabled" despite the fact that the interface was actually up.
It seems the Multispeak interface got into a state where it decided the AVL interface was down, and never changed its mind about that.

Restarting the multispeak adapter fixed the issue.
