Discrepancies in the Resource Assignment Values in the Client vs. the Web.

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Discrepancies between P6 Pro and P6 Web assignments.

In the P6 Client, the Resource Usage Profile for a Resource shows a limit line from September thru November. P6 Web does not show the limit in the graph. Also, in the Resource Assignment View in P6 Web, there are no Remaining Units in the table, but they show in the graph underneath the table.

All projects are Published AND Summarized.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The graph should show the same in Client and Web.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to P6 Client and go to the Resource Usage Profile.
2. Observe the limit line.
3. Login to P6 Web and see that it does not show the limit in the graph.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the graph in P6 Web.
