Completion of an Instructed Switch Step Fails in Operations Mobile App (OMA)

Completion of an instructed switch step throws exception in Operations Mobile App.
Error displayed is "Error, unable to transition step..."
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Create a switch plan with switch steps and assigned a crew to the steps
2. The OMA user is assigned the crew.
3. instructed step. I can mark it as aborted or failed on OMA Client on Windows without any issue. The status of the switch step is updated automatically within NMS Web Workspace.
4. if I click the &clickstream=no"Complete" icon for the instructed step on OMA Client.
