Warning "Unable to Ensure the Certificate Used to Identify This Application Has Not Been Revoked" While Loading an Applet Within P6 Using an SSL Connection (Doc ID 2234973.1)

When attempting to load an applet within P6 (web) using an SSL connection, the following warning messages generate:


Running this application may be a security risk

This application will run with unrestricted access which may put your computer and personal information at risk. The information provided is unreliable or unknown so it is recommended not to run this application unless you are familiar with its source.
Unable to ensure the certificate used to identify this application has not been revoked.

The prompt has a checkbox which can be selected for message "I accept the risk and want to run this application"
In addition, it has as Run or Cancel option.


The digital signature for this application was generated with a certificate from a trusted authority but we are unable to ensure that i was not revoked by that authority.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to P6
2. Load any applet
3. Note the reported error which occurs


Reloading any applet regenerates the same prompt. Also note, even after selecting the "I accept the risk and want to run this application" checkbox, the issue still occurs.
