When attempting to run 'Project Status Report', the following error occurs.

Errors have been encountered while running the report. To resolve, contact your administrator.
*No log entries are written in P6 or BIP logs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to run 'Project Status Report' from P6
