Goal

Currently in Store Inventory Management (SIM), by default Under third party, 'Others' option is present.

Is there a way from GUI to set up a new Shipment carrier type?
Is this back-end setup into table SHIPMENT_CARRIER and SHIPMENT_CARRIER_SERVICE ?
