Symptoms
When upgrading Agile PLM Database (DB) Schema using AUT it is taking very long time and the AUT log shows below error.
'ORA-04036: PGA Memory Used by the Instance Exceeds PGA_AGGREGATE_LIMIT'
Fact:
In AUT.log, after a certain point, Oracle is disconnected because it reached PGA_AGGREGATE_LIMIT value. Since the database was disconnected, the AUT script was just running and nothing actually was happening ( no upgrade).

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
