Symptoms

The issue described in this document is known to Oracle, and a fix already scheduled for future release.This article will be updated as official patch information becomes available.

Promotion description column is not available in Manage Allocation Results screen.

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Login to Allocation tool with respective credentials.
  2. Click on the Manage Allocation tab which appears in the left hand side.
  3. Enter the existing What-if allocation number in "Search" column of the manage screen.
  4. Click on the search button.
  5. Click on the detach button to view the details of search.
