After Applying Patch 24464382 User Groups/Functional Teams Tab Is Blank (Doc ID 2236496.1)

Symptoms

 Actual Behavior
 
After Applying Patch 24464382 when we clicked on User Groups/Functional teams tab on user profile in UI, it processed for 5 min
and then gave a blank screen.


Expected Behavior
 
User Groups/Functional teams details should be visible

Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
     1. Log in to web client as administrator.
     2. Open user:test_user1, add a new job function: QA to it, then try to open its User Groups/Functional Teams tab.
     3. Create a new Functional Team:FT1, go to its Job functions table, add job function QA with 250 users containing test_user1.
     4. Back to test_user1. User Groups/Functional Teams tab.
