Incorrect Rating for Data Sessions Started on the Same Day but Before Plan Change to Shared Plan (Doc ID 2236660.1)

Goal

On all versions of Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM), data sessions are being incorrectly rated when they are started on the same day but before the plan change from non-shared plan to shared plan.

During STOP_ACCOUNTING of the session, BRM considers new shared plan usage product even though data session started before plan change but does not use shared discount causing this incorrect charge.

Ideally, it is expected this particular data session be rated with old usage product from non-shared plan as session started prior to plan change.
