A Wizard cache causes prerange to be incorrectly displayed the next time the user launches the workbook. Essentially, if a user starts a wizard in template A, cancels out of it and then builds a template B workbook to commit a prerange mask, the next time the user starts the wizard for template A, the prerange mask does not display the correct positions. The cache from where the user started and canceled the wizard is displayed instead.
