RPAS Fusion Client: Incorrect Login Message After Exceeding 'Maximum User Session Limit' Set

Users are getting 'No RPAS Solutions available' when trying to open a new session that is more than the sessions set as per 'Maximum User Session Limit'.
A user attempts to logon to the Oracle Retail Predictive Application Server (RPAS) Fusion Client (FC) and receives the following error:
