Incorrect 5264 Total percentage should be 100 Error Message in ALM Maturity Mix Screen (Doc ID 2236969.1)

When trying to input maturity mix in ALM for an alm_coa_id where the number of tenors is 9 we are getting the value as 100.00000000000001 %, an incorrect error message pops up, even though the values are 2 decimal place:

5264 Total percentage should be 100

Data presented below (trailing zeroes are only added to show details, when entering in the system only significant digits are added.)

4 Years 5.68000000000000

The total value should be 100 % and no error should appear.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Asset Liability Management >ALM Assumption Specification > Forecast Assumptions > Maturity Mix
2. Add the above percent under TERMS
3. see a total of 100.00000000000001 % and the message: Percentage should be 100
