After Importing E2B File, The "Reported Causality" Field Does Not Get Populated (Doc ID 2237026.1)

Symptoms

Trying to import new case and get the Reporter Causality field populated (E2B XML File import).

This is an Initial case (not a Follow-up)
Causality is in the XML file as follows:
<drug>
<drugreactionrelatedness>
<drugresult>Unknown</drugresult>

The case imports without errors but the Causality field under Event Assessment tab is not populated.

Why doesn't the Causality field under Event Assessment tab get populated?
