Error During Billing after Group Sharing Profile Termination (Doc ID 2237043.1)

Symptoms

On : 7.5.0.7.0 version, Subscription Management

In some cases, after terminate /group/sharing/profile and associated /profile, user is getting "deleted (Group Sharing Profile)GSP is invalid" error during next billing.

Standard procedure of deleting GSP is invoking:
1. PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_SHARING_GROUP_DELETE
2. PCM_OP_CUST_DELETE_PROFILE

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Creating Billing Account (with Billing day of month 25) on 08.01.2016
2. Create subscription under given billing account on 08.01.2016
3. Purchase any product for this account (custom solution for "TARIFF" - in this case it's dummy product with 0 charges to make it easier) on 08.01.2016
4. Create GSP on 08.10.2016
5. Purchase Cycle forward product on 08.10.2016 with end date set to 08.11.2016 (in our case it has 0 EUR charge)
6. Terminate the GSP on 08.22.2016
7. Run billling on 08.25.2016 -> error "deleted GSP is not valid occurs"

If set END_DATE of product to a date AFTER termination (so between 08.22 -> 08.25), it does not throw an error.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot run billing for some accounts
