Replenishment Attributes Do Not Get Updated After Doing an ITEM_SUPP_COUNTRY Update (Doc ID 2237138.1)

Symptoms

Replenishment (REPL_ITEM_LOC) records with no primary supplier (primary_repl_supplier) and origin country (origin_country_id) do not get their replenishment attributes updated.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an item in RMS.
2. Range the item to all locations (stores/ warehouses).
3. Create a replenishment attribute for the item/stores only.
4. Make sure for some of the item/stores combination, the primary replenishment supplier and origin country are populated.
5. Make sure for some of the item/stores combination, the primary replenishment supplier and origin country are NOT populated.
6. Change the supplier pack size in the item supplier country form to another number (i.e. from 4 to 6).
7. Run the rilmaint batch program (please take note to also execute the pre or post program for rilmaint).
8. Notice that the replenishment attribute for the item/store combinations where the primary replenishment supplier and origin country are populated, the supplier pack size in the replenishment attribute will change to the new supplier pack size.
9. Notice that the replenishment attribute for the item/store combinations where the primary replenishment supplier and origin country are NOT populated, the supplier pack size in the replenishment attribute will not change.
