Symptoms

The Call Count field in Work Agenda is showing 0 for all events.

Trouble Summary's Call page is not listing any calls for any events.

Changes

 There were recent changes made to the customers $NMS_CONFIG/sql/*_srs_trouble_codes.sql file and new entries for the CALL_QUALITY table were added.
