Accounts Been Set to Inactive on Their Billing DOM in Customer Center Still Got Bill Forward

On : 220.127.116.11.0 version, Core Billing
When setting an account to go inactive on the billing DOM, a bill was still generated for the billing forward in a month where the account is supposed to be inactive.
The result is that a bill with the same amount in credit will be in progress for the next month.
