Accounts Set to Inactive on their Billing DoM in Customer Center Are Still being Billed Forward (Doc ID 2237212.1)

On all versions of Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM), when setting an account to go inactive on the next Billing Day of Month (BDoM), a bill is still being generated for the billing forward in a month when the account is supposed to be inactive.

This results in a bill with the same amount in credit which will be in progress for the next month.
