404.2 Error when Attempting to Render InForm Server Adapter web page (Doc ID 2237436.1)

Symptoms

When entering the URL for the InForm Server Adapter service, an error appears. The error says:

HTTP Error 404.2 - Not Found

The page you are requesting cannot be served because of the ISAPI and CGI Restriction list settings on the web server.

The URL is correct.

This is for a new install of InForm Server Adapter
