Cannot Access Projects Tab In The Web After Resetting The User Session

The goal is to explain why the projects tab is not accessible immediately after resetting a user's session.

Steps to duplicate issue:
The user will open Projects from the Projects tab > Activities tab > The admin or user will reset the user through Administration > The user will click back to the projects tab > Receive Error: An error occurred while processing your request. Please try again. com.primavera.PhoenixException: Error opening projects.
