Symptoms

Per Oracle® Argus Insight Release Notes Release 7.0.6.1 E84368-01 February 2017:

"After upgrading to Argus Insight 7.0.6.1, you must perform schema validation using VLDN_APR_AI_7.0.6.1.CTL, as per the validation instructions specified in Oracle Life Sciences Argus Insight 7.0.3 Installation Guide > Chapter 3 Creating the Argus Insight Data Mart Structure > Section 3.6 Validating the Schema."

The mandated validation control file, VLDN_APR_AI_7.0.6.1.CTL, is not provided in the patch download.
