Symptoms
When using AutoVue and trying to view a file the following error is seen in the AutoVue server log (located in the "<AutoVue install dir>\bin\Logs"):
com.cimmetry.core.VueRemoteException: No available DocServer
Steps to reproduce:
- Launch AutoVue client.
- Open a file using AutoVue.
- Notice the error.
