Getting Error When trying to View a File Using AutoVue: "com.cimmetry.core.VueRemoteException: No Available DocServer" (Doc ID 2238043.1)

Symptoms

When using AutoVue and trying to view a file the following error is seen in the AutoVue server log (located in the "<AutoVue install dir>\bin\Logs"):

com.cimmetry.core.VueRemoteException: No available DocServer

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Launch AutoVue client.
  2. Open a file using AutoVue.
  3. Notice the error.
