Symptoms

On : 2.16.1.0.2

Upgrading from 2.14.2 to 2.16.1.0.2 via 2.15.1.  Upgraded production copy of OHI to 2.16.1.0.2 successfully.  2.16.1 upgrade took around 35 hours. 2.15.1 upgrade took around 18 hours, but there is an error in the ohiApplication.log
