Upgrade From OSM 7.3.0.0.4 To 7.3.0.1.3 Is Very Slow for a Large Schema (Doc ID 2238155.1)

Symptoms

The upgrade from OSM 7.3.0.0.4 to 7.3.0.1.3 takes very long time for a large schema (number of records in om_order_flow_coordinator is 2.8 Million ).
It was only at 17% after about 8 hours.

Two queries were identified as  taking a long time, the first query completed after 7 hours and the second query was cancelled because after 30 minutes updated only 1200 records.
