In MDM when a Usage Transactions are not failing as expected when the Service Point where there is a change so that the device configuration has different UOMs associated to the meters.
Old Meter: AMI1P60
New Meter: Alpha A3 Demand
The user is expecting that the usage transaction fail with an error, because the meter installed does not have a demand register.
