Start_Engine2K.sh Fails With SQL*Loader-553 and SQL*Loader-509 (Doc ID 2238254.1)

Symptoms

Using Oracle Demantra Demand Management / Analytical Engine
On 12.2.5.1,
When attempting to perform batch engine run via Start_Engine2K.sh 1 ...
the sqlldr logs the following error:

ERROR
-----------------------
SQL*Loader-500: Unable to open file (ManagerBranchList.txt)
SQL*Loader-553: file not found
SQL*Loader-509: System error: No such file or directory
SQL*Loader-2026: the load was aborted because SQL Loader cannot continue.

-- Steps To Reproduce:

Customer states the issue can be reproduced at will at customer site with the following steps:
1. "running $ENGINE_ROOT/bin/Start_Engine2K.sh"
