On Unifier version, Unifier User Mode

Data Element Auto Sequencing Not Functioning

Auto Sequence should be working as expected.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access Unifier Environment
2. Login as Administrative user
3. Locate and open issued shell
4. Locate the issued BP
5. Open issued record
6. Check the value for Data Element which has the Data Definition as SYS Auto Sequence
7. Noticed the value was not populated.
8. Issue received.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the the auto sequence functionality as expected.
