How To Configure The Discount Filter For Rate Tag Name Which Contain Parentheses '()' (Doc ID 2238642.1)

On : 7.5.0.15.0 version, Pipeline Manager

The rate tag has round brackets '()' for discount and product. On purchasing those product and discount, Why discount was not applied to the product charge ?
Example:
1. A product RP1 and discount DP1 are configured with rate_tag as “Home Technician (HT):Extra”.
2. The above product and discount were purchased, but the discount DP1 was not applied to the respective product RP1.
3. The rate_tag name is modified to “Home Technician:Extra” for product RP1 and discount DP1.
4. The above product and discount were purchased, the discount DP1 was applied to the respective product RP1.
