Enhance the MetaSolv Solution application in a manner that provides the functionality listed below for all order types:

Work Queue view to flag all open tasks associated to an escalated order (suggestion: color coded/task row and add option for column).

Ability to set an escalation path by task type for 1st, 2nd, 3rd level escalation.

Email notification method for those designated in the task table or new task escalation table.
