SumAlerts Does Not Create Alert_results Positions in the Master Array for Local Alerts (Doc ID 2239160.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 22, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Retail Predictive Application Server - Version and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

The expectation is that you run alertmgr -findAlerts in the local domains and alertmgr -sumAlerts in the global (Refer to Find Alerts Script in RDF Impl Guide); however, this does not populate alert_results positions in master array.

As a workaround, it is necessary to run alertmgr -findAlerts at the global level.
