Loadpricelist Overwrites Existing Balance Impacts from rate_bal_impacts_t Table (Doc ID 2239231.1)

Symptoms

The loadpricelist process is overwriting existing balance impacts in the rate_bal_impacts_t table, instead of adding new balance impact entries.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Export the price plan to an Extensible Markup Language (XML) file from the Pricing Center.
2. Modify the impact category name in the XML file (referred to as file_name.xml). In this case, the "default" value was changed to "Premium."
3. Verify the entries in the rate_bal_impacts_t table before loading the modified file_name.xml:
