Cannot Validate C450 Transfer Pricing Charge/Credit for a Multi-Repricing Product (Doc ID 2239631.1)

In Oracle Financial Services Balances Sheet Planning (BSP), in the 'Calculate' results, the Transfer Rate Charge/Credit (C450) is wrong for each month where a product is adjustable rate and has multiple repricing periods in between the payment period (Reprice Freq < Pmt Freq).

You expect the Transfer Rate Charge/Credit divided by the Average Balance to equal the Ending Transfer Rate divided by the Ending Balance.  In this case, they do not match.

FE 450/FE 140 <> FE 130/FE 100

You expect these balance to match.
