Projects / Activities Are Not Appearing In P6 Team Member

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Activities that used to show in Team Member are no longer displayed and unable to be added via "Assign Tasks".
Activities displayed before are still displayed or at least able to be added again.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Login to Team Member and review the Activity list.
- Attempt to find the Activity in the "Assign Tasks" window.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see some activities in Team Member they saw before.
- How to show Activities in Team Member?
- Activities are not displayed in Team Member.
