SSL_ERROR_WEAK_SERVER_CERT_KEY Error When Accessing Documaker Administrator/Dashboard SSL Link in Orace Documaker Enterprise Edition (ODEE) 12.5 With Weblogic Server (Doc ID 2239926.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.5 version ODEE, Weblogic 10.3.6


After performing ODEE 12.5 installation, when trying to access the Documaker Administrator link over SSL, this error is shown under Mozilla Firefox (eg 45.7.0 version):


"An error occurred during a connection to https://ip:port/DocumakerAdministrator. The server certificate included a public key that was too weak. (Error code: ssl_error_weak_server_cert_key) ."

An older version of Mozilla Firefox (eg 17.0.9) has the option to add exception to this message, and to access the Documaker Administrator web application.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. After installing ODEE, access Documaker Adminstrator or Dashboard link.

Due to this issue, users cannot use Documaker web application under SSL
