ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Activities missing in Team Member after upgrading to 16.2.3.0.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Activities to show up in My Task page in Team Member.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Assign a Resource to an Activity.
2. Log into Team Member with the user associated with the Resource.
3. Notice that the My Tasks page is blank.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use Team Member to update Tasks.
