Importing Specification Object, It Always Imports The Specification Name In Upper Case Letters (Doc ID 2240544.1)

Symptoms

When importing Specification object , it always imports the specification name in upper case letters even though the input data includes lower case or mixed case

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced by will by following below steps:
1. Prepare data source file. Set Specification name with both upper case and lower case alpha numeric characters
2. Log into Web Client, and go to Tools > Import
3. Specify the file created in step 1 for File to Import
4. At Specify File Content screen, select Specification | Specification only
5. Map the attributes
6. Run import.

After successfully import, specification names are all in Uppercase.
