Login Screen Hangs at 'Loading Data' Then Disappears When Attempting to Log into P6 Professional (Doc ID 2240896.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After login, P6 Professional hangs on "Loading Data" for a long period of time, the splash screen displays and then disappears.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The application should complete the data loading process and open the application window.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Launch P6 Professional and login.
  2. Observe the reported behavior.
