Symptoms

On Applications Oracle Life Sciences Argus Safety Version : 7.0.3

After creating an AutoSignal in one of the enterprises of a Multi-Tenant environment.
Create a case in the same enterprise which matched the AC of the Autosignal and notice no e-mail is sent despite all required services being up and running (e.g. General Email AG service)
