OEM - Management Pack for Oracle Utilities
CCB/CC&B - Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing
OUAF/FW - Oracle Utilities Framework

OEM and the Oracle Utilities Management Pack plug-in is installed.  CCB is installed in a Native Deployment mode. You are able to add middleware and all Applications on OEM but OEM is not able to discover Utilities home/Batch server home.  OEM is not able to show/fetch all details.
