Financial Compare: Valid Bill Segments erroring due to Message Category 6, Message Number 13741
As part of Financial Compare, the following issue was identified:
Validation creating bill segment error for Message Category 6, Message Number 13741 (Previous bill segment <####> contains a read for a meter that was removed prior to the bill segment read). This looks like a new validation for v2.4, since this Message Category / Message Number is not in current v2.3 Production Environment.
Based on the message explanation, it implies that a meter was removed sometime during the prior bill segment’s bill period. However, when checking the SP/Meter history for the SA's SPs, this doesn’t seem to be the case. During testing, the same Service Agreements for the same Bill Period were able to bill in 2.3 environment but are erroring out with this bseg error in 2.4 environment. In addition, it looks like the information on the bseg error sometimes reference a different SA/Account (shows up on pass-through SAs).
